can't find network name - SB6183.

wireless router (as did the neighborhood) lost power for a moment … now I can’t find our network and need some expert advice

SB6183 is just a cable modem. It doesn't have inbuilt WIFI on it so you need to connect separate router to the modem and on the router label you can find the default WIFI name and password.
