I have the SB6190 Arris Surfboard and want to change the power band width from 5 g to 2.4g. My pellet grill app requires 2.4g to connect to the Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated.

The SB6190 is solely a cable modem and is a plug-and-play device. The options for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi settings are available only on the router. To access these settings, please check the router's interface or contact the router manufacturer for further assistance.
