i can’t get my samsung tv to find my arris modem

You posted in the SB6183/6190 forum which is a modem only device. It doesn’t have any wifi. What actual router do you have connected to the modem?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
