Connection Problem - Light at the bottom of the modem is solid red

Recently the light at the bottom of the box has been lighten up red. I was trying to see how can we make it go back blue or green?

In this case we would suggest you to perform hard reset on the modem for 15-30 secs by pressing and holding reset button on SB6190 unit and if you have sb6183 you can access gui without coax cable to perform hard reset on the modem. Then check the LED on the modem if still red light you can also check for IPV4 address on direct connection without coax using command prompt.
