I cannot register or check warranty status of my SB6190

My SB6190 modem started to randomly restart and I stopped using the device. I would like to submit a warranty claim but the website failed to identify registration number and model to get warranty status. I then I tried to register the product and save issue. The website failed to identify registration number and model again.
