occasionally, my cable modem drops me from the ISP. It generally occurs when I am watching TV. I reset the modem and fifteen minutes later I get dropped again. I can continue by again resetting the cable modem. I am usually watching a movie on a streaming channel or You Tube

In this case to assist you further we need few more information on this so could you please confirm whether you are using separate router to the modem or the TV is directly connected to the modem. Do you see the lights on the modem flashing when internet drops.
