Does SB6190 have parent controls? I cant find them on Surfboard Cemtral ap.

SB6190 is a cable modem with 3.0 DOCSIS which is a wired cable modem that provides wireless internet when connected to wireless devices like Router or wired internet when connected to a laptop/computer .
In this cable modem there is no feature of parental control option as it is not a wireless cable modem
Kindly check with your Router Provider as its a wireless cable modem and have the option of parental control
