Internet says connected with no internet. Internet provider says its the modem.

SB6183 is just a cable modem its a plug and play device so please try connecting any device to the modem directly without router after performing power cycle on the modem for a minute then check for internet on direct connection.
Could you please help us with the LED light status on the modem front panel.
