So every single light is showing blue except the power and online light. The light is kind of white but not on if that makes sense. Everything else is working fine other than the fact I can’t connect to the internet, it’s not even showing up anymore. I’ve tried resetting it and turning it off and back on again but nothing seems to help. What’s wrong with it?

Tried a reboot/reset? 

Contacted the isp to see if they can ping/see it? 

Is it still within warranty?


SB6190 is the cable modem, and it will work only through a hardwired connection; there is no inbuilt feature in it.

I would suggest connecting the modem directly to the computer via Ethernet cable and checking the internet connection.

If you are unable to access the wifi internet via router, I would suggest checking with the router's manufacturer for further assistance.
