I have an Arris Surboard Model SB6190 No Wif. Need to Configure UDP Ports 123, 500, 4500 for T-Mobile CellSpot. Please help.

SB6190 is just a cable modem and its a plug and play device. It doesn't have any advanced configuration on it so port forwarding can be done only on the router connected to the modem. Please login to the router settings or contact your router manufacturer to configure port forwarding.
