I contacted Xfinity because my network is not showing up on my computer nor phone, and I have no clue what the password is on my SB6190.

Xfinity said they tripled checked everything, and my modem is showing online but, I have no network showing on my computer nor phone.  We restarted the modem over and over and still nothing, and they did a lot of troubleshooting.  For a brief second, surfboard came up, but it disappeared.  They said to contact you guys but, of course it’s a Saturday and no one is available.

How do I find my network and what do I need to do?

I would really appreciate some suggestions.

The SB6190 is a cable modem only and does not have built‑in Wi‑Fi capabilities. Because of this, you won’t see any wireless network names broadcast from it. To access Wi‑Fi, you will need to connect a separate wireless router to the SB6190, as the router is the device that provides the Wi‑Fi signal. The SB6190 itself is a simple plug‑and‑play modem designed solely for internet connectivity.

That is exactly what the issue was. I hooked up the router and went immediately online. Thank you!
