Not getting internet on new SB190

Old ARRIS modem stopped working. Purchases new ARRIS modem and installed, got momentary connection then lost . Have Optimum internet.

When more than 1 modem has issues, its time to contact the ISP as its more likely line related. 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
