on my ARRIS SB6183 cable modem i have a internet conection but no power icon and no online icon don't light up the receive icon and the send icon are blue yes i can surf the internet

Please check after restarting or power cycling modem for a minute and if still same you can try resetting modem on the GUI or web interface. It will be also faded green or white in color which looks like there is no lights ON on the modem so please do double check it. For more assistance you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport
