Need help getting a repair estimated for my out of warranty Surfboard SB6190 modem. According to the documents needed I need to submit an Itemized estimate of repair identifying the item, the issue, cost of repair (parts, labor, tax). The invoice must have company letterhead and contact information. Has anyone does this or know who I can call/contact? Thanks

Not sure if you’ll get that. Most companies just replace modems and not repair them.
You’re only option would be to contact arris to see what they could do.
