I can’t get my router hooked up. Only the first two icons light up. When trying to access the internet I get a message that says this device is blocked by access control in the router. How do I fix this?

- The SB6190 isn’t a router.
- Did you get it activated through your isp? The first led is power, the second is the downstream. It needs to lock that in before it can work. The ISP needs to activate it and be able to connect to it
