My internet keeps dropping out on my Surfboard SB6183. My Xfinity provider checked on their end and said I have a "bootfile error". Can anyone help?

In regard to “bootfile error”  it can be checked and monitored from Xfinity.

For intermittent connection do check the cable signal levels by following the link below:

Let us know the downstream channels/ lowest and highest values of Power and SNR , also upstream channels  lowest and highest values of Power.
