SB6183 is showing up as SB6141 in app

Is says SB6183 on the modem, just curious to as why this would be.

As you mentioned, in surfboard central application, Instead of SB6183 its showing as SB6141. I suggest you to uninstall the SBC application and reinstall it again then start over the set up process with different Email address and different device.

could just be how the ISP provisions it. 

Is it working as it should? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
