My SB6183 dropped offline in the middle of the workday today. Xfinity says my signal is strong but the modem is offline. I’ve rebooted it several times, and they tried to from their end.
Anything I can do to get this back online?

what are the led’s on it doing? Color/blinking/solid/etc
Are you able to log into it and access it?
Thats key to see if its connected back.
Not sure how xfinity can say your signal is fine if the modem is offline because they’d have no way to check if its offline.
