I have xfinity and they stated there's nothing they can do on there end.

 

Lights as follows and are all solid

White - power

Recieve - green

Send - green

Online - white

 

It's a refurbished model, so im not sure if the mac address is linked to another account or if its defective.

 

Didn't try connecting a laptop because online light isn't showing internet coming through.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is it not working? 

did they provision it from the ISP?

If the modem is not provisioned, make to reach to your internet service provider to activate the modem

Could you also let us know about you speed plan which you subscribed from your internet service provider 

To isolate the issue, connect a computer directly to the modem via ethernet cable to check the internet connection
