I just got the Arris Surfboard sb 6190 and now it's not working with my Linksys e5400 wireless router. I have a Google pixel 8, and it keeps saying that I need to sign in to the wireless network, but from there it takes me to spectrum for activation even though I thought it was done through the app.  I can see I'm getting Internet thru the modem, but nothing thru the wireless router.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks all!!

If your modem is confirmed to be working properly through a hardwired connection but you are experiencing issues with Wi-Fi, it indicates that the problem lies with the router or its configuration.

I would suggest basic troubleshooting by power-cycling the modem and router at the same time. After that, if the problem persists, I request to contact the router's manufacturer for further assistance.
