I have been fighting a dropped signal with my 6190 and Cox internet services. I pulled logs today and spoke to Cox. They claim that they saw an error on the side of the modem. I’m suspecting the drop line myself. This dropped connection only seems to occur when video chatting is ongoing and there is a high level of upload speeds occurring. Any help appreciated. Please see logs below. 

 

Your power levels are out of spec and your logs indicate an issues. 

You can check your coax lines/connections your self and/or have the isp check them.
