I have been having issues with my SB6190 rebooting on its own lately.  It has been a great modem for a long time, but all of a sudden it is acting up.  I admit up front that I am not very tech savvy.  I know just enough to be dangerous.  I have read through various articles and one of the common things to try is to see if there is an update for the modem.  However, when I type in the IP address, I only get an Arris page with information on it, and no place to login.  I can go to a few tabs like Information, Configuration, etc., but none of them have a place to login.     I have tried starting the IP address with https, http, and just the number itself.  Any other number besides 192.168.100.0 just gives me a timed connection failure.  The 192.168.100.0 takes me to the Arris page I mentioned.  I am hoping someone might be able to tell me where I can find the login page now.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Could you please help us with the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan subscribed from them?

Does the reboot occur at a specific time or does it happen randomly?

Try plugging the modem into a different power outlet. Also, please describe the LED light status sequence during the reboot process.

To access the modem’s interface, please enter the IP address 192.168.100.1 into your browser’s address bar.
This will take you to the modem’s configuration page, where you can view and manage settings related to your network connection.
