The modem all of a sudden stopped working. Arris surfboard SB6190. It blinks the second light and power light nothing else. My ASUS router is telling me the modem is offline, I have power cycled it already

I attempted factory reset by accessing http://192.168.100.1/ but I could not access. I have no other network, just use 4g on my phone
