what modem/router do you have?

If its actually the SB6183/SB6190, those are modem only devices. You’d need a router to connect the bed to

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
