I tried to use the Surfboard app it won't load I tried calling the number they not open what is going on did the close for business. I need my wifi. Especially my security camera is running of that now its off line

The app won’t start? Won’t connect? Does it give you an error? What device is it? 

You didn’t give much for details. 

 


Yeah, I have the same problem. Came to the conclusion since I have 2-W30 models (both doing the same thing—-flashing between orange…blue etc and did a factory reset) that they are a POS. Back to Netgear I go!


Haha…want your details. The Surfboard app for this model is old and a POS (Hence the one star rating on Apple) Hasn’t worked in a while (6-8 months). Before the app worked fine for a while (first purchased these models back in 2020) and then turned to junk and didn’t work at all. My WiFi devices slowly had problems connecting but we’re not a priority on my end. Today tried to reset both the W30’s and they won’t connect to anything!!!  Flashing light of death. What a waste of money!!’
