SURFboard modem lights flashing

After a power outage the modem is flashing. All the lights are just like vibrating and nothing happens when attempting to restart it. Any help is appreciated

    Hopefully your modem didn’t get toast by power surge. Try turning off the power for 10 mins with coax cable disconnected. Then power on, top led should be blinking.  Then connect coax cable to connect the internet.
