I bought the Surfboard SB6190 on Amazon and it is just out of refund date. I have had to constantly reset the modem over the last month and don’t feel it is working as fast as it should. Since the site shows a 2 year warranty, is there a way to send it back to the company for a refund?

Every Arris modem will be having 2yrs of warranty time and if the modem is out of warranty there is no option for refund or replacement and also we can provide refund for the device purchased directly on Arris site within 30days from the date of purchase.
