So, I’m trying to connect my ARRIS surfboard SB6183 to my PlayStation and I plugged in the Ethernet and I tried to connect to the Wired LAN but it won’t work and I don’t know what to do.

My internet stopped working last night and I was on the phone with my internet provider for an hour. They then said my modem needs an update....but the modem tech support is closed on the weekend. Ridiculous! I'm out internet all weekend because they don't have any tech support on the weekends to push an update to my modem?

Could you let us know the LED light status on the modem?
Also, let us know the ethernet port light status?
I suggest to power cycle both the modem and play station and try to connect again.
