I have an ARRIS SB6190 that I bought in Jan 2020. I’ve been having some really slow Internet problems. Less than one megabyte per second on download and upload. I called Comcast and had them send a new signal and reprovision my modem but it's still very slow.
I was able to hardwire into my modem and everything seems to be moving really quickly now. Any thoughts on why my Wi-Fi is so slow? I've cycled the modem a number of times and it doesn't help.
