My SB6190 stopped powering up after 7 mo. of use. I purchased it brand new in the original packaging on Amazon with a 2‑yr warranty. However, I cannot register it for a warranty claim because the warranty reportedly expired - attention! - 4 yrs before my purchase. Amazon insists that all sellers are verified and that misrepresentation is not possible. How can this be?
