Warranty replacement help needed SB6190

Forum|alt.badge.img

The warranty period for my Arris  SB6190 modem is until March 29, 2024. Yesterday it just stopped working. How and where can I send a faulty modem for replacement? The link to support from previous responses to comments is not active.

What should I do with these settings if my modem shows no signs of life when I turn it on? It burned out or broke and I want to replace it according to the warranty rules.
