Internet just stopped, but it’s not the ISP. The modem Power light goes green then off and all the lights cycle on and off. This happens repeatedly. I have unplugged, reset, tried a new outlet. Could it be the AC unit that’s not getting the power to the modem? I can’t contact support because the site won’t proceed past “Check Warranty” with the Model # & S/N on the device. Not being able to get ahold of Arris is obnoxious!
