My apologies very novice at IT issues. Have a Tesla solar gateway that need to connects w 2.4 and can’t seem to get it connect to my sb8200. Sorry to bother, can anyone guide me to how to allow for this slower connection? Thank you.

SB8200 is just a cable modem without inbuilt wifi on it so you need to connect separate router to the modem to access wifi. You can connect any device compatible with wifi to the router wifi network.
