I just purchased an ARRIS SB8200 Surf Board modem and having trouble activating. To activate, I have two choices….Scan the QR Code or do it manually. There is no QR Code and when I try manually...it does not recognize my wi-fi password.
Is there a way to get the QR Code for the SB8200?
The SB8200 doesn’t have Wi-Fi, it’s just a cable modem. If you’re using SURFboard Central app, you’ll have to select SB8200 model for the correct guided assistance for modem activation and registration.
