Need to reset password so I can get Internet

The SB8200 is a modem only device. You don’t even need to set it up to use the internet. You simply need the ISP to provision it.

Did you do that?

To get into it, factory reset it. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

Then the password should either be password or the last 8 of the serial number

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
