Cannot even register my sb8200 and cannot get to customer service

I have a new SB8200. Want to register it for warranty. But I cannot. When I go to the site, I enter the Serial number and model number and it says there is no match. When I call tech support, I get disconnected. When I go to chat, it’s not available (in their business hours). I have not yet found an email address. Can anyone here help me?
