Purchased the sbg8200 today... isp got me access to the internet... however my led for online is not green... constantly white. Help

Just checking, is it the SB8200? Don’t worry about the color of the LED. Viewed from the front, it can look blue, green, or warm white depending on the angle and the ambient light.
