Surfboard SB8200,  replaced our old Arris with a new one and it won't connect to my Kindle. I tried adding a network but it won't connect.

If the Kindle is the only device that cannot connect while other devices work fine, you should reach out to your router’s manufacturer especially if the router is a third-party device. This is because the Kindle connects via Wi-Fi, whereas the SB8200 is a cable modem that only provides an Ethernet connection. If you have other devices connected, it means you have a router connected to the SB8200, and those devices are connecting through that router.
