Connectivity with Astound and trying to setup the SBC app

Im In surfboard app.  I called my provider and they registered my product.  The app is now saying please enable WiFi settings and ensure that you are connected to your home network wifi with network connectivity.  I believe I should be.

The SB8200 (which is the forum you posted in), doesn’t have any wifi. Its a modem only device. 

What router do you have?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
