disable sip alg

I need to disable sip alg on my modem i have the arris sb8200

The SB8200 device is not a router, so there is no SIP ALG setting. You would need to change that on your router, not on the SB8200.

What router do you have?

what actual issue are you having that you think you need to disable sip alg?

And like @wstewart11 says, its on the router, not the modem.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
