how to get DOCSIS 3.1 to display

I have a new modem on Optimum 400mb service.  My older modem registered fine but the new 8200 is not picking up DOCSIS 3.1 even though the provider says it is being used.  How do you resolve this.  Support telephone number is useless!

It’s all on the providers end. They need to provision them modem in d3.1.  You can try factory resetting the modem to see if the ISP pushes confit file to use d3.1.
