Hi folks,
I had to hard reset my SB8200 after it started to lose connection to Optimum. The status of the channels now show “Locked” and I can’t seem to connect to ISP. What do I do?

Could you please let us know your subscribed internet speed plan and the status of your modem's LED lights?
To isolate the issue, try connecting the modem directly to a computer using an Ethernet cable and check if the internet connection works.
