I need help and I can’t find a phone number to contact anyone. I’m trying to sign into my router. I’m reading everywhere online that I should be able to type my router’s default gateway number into the search bar and hit enter but it keeps saying webpage not available. Any suggestions? Thank you.
I have the Arris/Surfboard Router SB8200
Default Gateway number is 192.168.4.1
