Is there an official publicized place by Arris that states what the latest firmware version is? Specifically, I have a Surfboard SB8200. What is the latest software/firmware version for the SB8200 modem? I understand that it is the responsibility of my ISP to update the firmware of my modem. However, I would like to know what the latest version is so that I can keep my ISP honest and accountable.

I’ve looked before and I haven’t found one. I think part of the reason is each different ISP has a different “latest” firmware for them. Kind of tough to keep updated.
