intermittent internet connection on sb8200

New sb8200  the lower blue light turned green after 3 weeks use.  Provider wifi has a good signal. I checked.   The eero extenders are on as a few devices have signal and are working!  I have unplugged the modem and pushed in the reset button several times to no avail.   Down stairs tv on signal, upstairs tv has signal. What gives?

On SB8200 *Blue - Indicates DOCSIS 3.1 operation (high-speed Internet access) which may not be available in all location.  Check with your service provider for availability in your area.  So even after  resetting modem if still same issue persist we need to check the cable signal level on the modem interface so please follow the steps mentioned on the below link to check the cable signa level.
