Mediacom wifi not connecting to the sb8200. Will I need to send this modem back and get a new one?

Previous to last night and now this morning; the WiFi was working perfectly but now instead of having the green and blue lights lit, it’s just all green with the last green light blinking.

I'm also having issues with the sb8200 and Mediacom. My top light is green, the second is flashing. Mediacom said they couldn't detect my modem when I talked to them to troubleshoot. Factory reset did nothing, along with all other troubleshooting suggestions from them. I've only had it for two weeks!

the SB8200 doesn’t have any wifi. Its a modem only device. 

If all the lights are green, its indicating its connecting at docsis 3.0 speeds and not docsis 3.1. Tends to be a line issue.
