Order # 61170
After reading through these forums, there seems to be a serious issue with your order processing. Multiple people are reporting no order confirmation received after placing an online order.
I have the same issue. My credit card has been charged. I have no order confirmation. I have no way to log in and check if the order is being processed because when I attempt to create an account it says my email is already associated with an account. The “forgot password” option does NOT send a password reset to my email address.
I called technical support and they assured me I would receive an email Monday 8/25/25 by end of day. It is now 8/26/25 and I have no email confirmation. What is going on Arris?!?
