Order # 61170

After reading through these forums, there seems to be a serious issue with your order processing. Multiple people are reporting no order confirmation received after placing an online order. 

 

I have the same issue. My credit card has been charged. I have no order confirmation. I have no way to log in and check if the order is being processed because when I attempt to create an account it says my email is already associated with an account. The “forgot password” option does NOT send a password reset to my email address. 

I called technical support and they assured me I would receive an email Monday 8/25/25 by end of day. It is now 8/26/25 and I have no email confirmation. What is going on Arris?!?

UPDATE:

I was able to get someone at the technical support number to verify the order has shipped and is expected by the end of the week.

Arris Store… come on. It should not be this difficult for customers to see order status and get updates.
