Hi,

Purchased this device in March of 2023 and It recently failed.  We unplugged, tried different power strips and outlets, etc etc etc.  Finally our ISP Xfinity came to investigate and confirmed that the device was not functional.  We are looking for a replacement or refund.  Please Help!
