So I switched from a old arris modem / router to a surfboard sb8200. I purchased a router with it since the sb8200 is only a modem. Now when I try to log into the modem to adjust settings I cannot log in. I have forgotten my old user name and password and I have attempted to reset the device and use the admin / password login but it still tells me incorrect username and password. Is this something I am going to have to contact customer support for? Or is there an easier fix?

What settings are you trying to adjust?
There really isn’t anything to adjust other that wan port aggregation.
