Hi everybody. Just hooked up my Arris SB8200 and now some of my Roku channels won’t load. Any ideas why?

Called Arris and they helped me fix the problem!  


What’d they do to fix it? 


They told me that the Roku channel is often one that has the problem when switching modems. They told me to delete the app and get it again and it should remedy the problem and it did!  Nice!
